Sales Manager(Full Time, Sales / Trading / Business)
Responsible for the acquisition and account management of new clients and partners in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator. Arrange and run meetings, live demos, presentations.
Responsibilities will include
- Acquisition of new customers for the company’s data loss prevention software products/solutions and IT security related services;
- Mapping of potential sales opportunities and extension of the company’s clientele, account management;
- Making quotes, negotiating deals, prep works for contracts;
- Sales strategy development with pipeline, full range management of the sales process;
Our expectations
- Knowledge of IT systems;
- At least 3-years of sales experience in IT or related fields with proven track record;
- Existing and verifiable business contacts and relations;
- Graduation in IT and/or Business secondary school;
- Good communication skills;
- Active and proven English language skills, both verbal and written;
- Client-focused mindset;
- Strong and verifiable user skills for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Level-B driver’s license;
- IT Security related sales experience is an advantage;
Ideal candidate is

- Capable of independent work and decision-making;
- High-school or university degree is advantage but not prerequisite;

Marketing Coordinator(Full Time, Marketing / Brand / Business)
Responsible for managing digital and traditional marketing and promotional activities. Measure, enhance and enrich the position and image of the company and product brand through various medias and objectives. Manage Grayteq DLP social media activities.
Responsibilities will include
- Focus on lead generation via marketing campaigns;
- Manage the development and maintenance of corporate websites;
- Collect and post relevant information on social media;
- Organize events, seminars, webinars, and all respective activities (i.e. identify list of companies, create invitations, post information on website, etc.);
- Update and maintain whitepapers;
- Coordinate telemarketing activities;
Our expectations
- At least 2 years relevant and proven marketing experience in IT sector;
- Experience and knowledge in digital marketing and social media management;
- Fluent English (both in verbal and written);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Zoho or Mail Chimp or Similar, Google Analytics & LinkedIn;

Technical Support Consultant(Full Time, Support)
Responsible for the provision of first line direct technical support to our customers and second line to our partners worldwide, both in English and Hungarian languages. Provide and administer monthly support services to select customers.
Responsibilities will include
- Support Sales Manager with pre-sales technical support, quotation and achieving designated sales targets;
- Provide product specific technical support to Customers and Partners;
- Provide full range of software implementation services and technical trainings to Customers and Partners;
- Administer support incidents in web-based request tracker system;
- Create, administer and test security rules;
- Test and administer new software features and participate in making them more user friendly;
- Participate in development process, provide customer feedbacks and experiences for developers;
Our expectations
- At least 2 years relevant and proven experience in IT support;
- Experience and knowledge in Windows-based client and server operating systems up from Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 in depth;
- Fluent English and Hungarian (technical terms also, both in verbal and written);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint;
- Tenacious, flexible, organized, precise personality;
- Able to work independently and make decisions, referring where necessary;
- Able to cope with customer demands through a flexible work ethic;
- Advanced Technical problem solving skills;
- Pro-active and committed to continuous improvement;
- Ability to work well within a team and with minimum supervision;
